Moral and psychological readiness of police officers for special conditions of service

The article considers the problem of forming the moral and psychological readiness of police officers to perform their duties in extreme and non-standard conditions of service. An in-depth analysis of the existing training systems has been carried out, key deficiencies in theoretical support, practical training and organizational support of personnel have been identified. Practice-oriented solutions aimed at increasing stress tolerance, developing professional ethics and teamwork, introducing modern educational technologies and systems for continuous monitoring of psychological state are proposed. Special attention is paid to examples of innovation, such as simulation simulators, psychophysiological training programs, digital support tools and mentoring models. Recommendations for updating the content of training courses, integrating interagency experience, and creating a multi-level support system are offered for practical units.
