The morphofunctional characteristic of ovaries of small forest mouse from populations of sanitary and protective zone of Orenburg gas plant

Бесплатный доступ

Using the ecologic-statistical, morphophysiologic, histologic methods the parameters of reproductive activity of small forest mouse females, occupying a sanitary protection zone of Orenburg gas-processing plant are determined. Conditions and mechanisms of adaptation the reproduction at the different biosystem levels are shown: population, organismal, gonadic. Possibilities of small forest mouse to support a share reproductive active females and fertility level by intensification of the puberty prepared by an early organic differential of ovaries are established. All complex of preservation conditions of functional and reproductive structure of groups in zone of gas plant influence, eventually, adversely affects the fertile potential of small animals: the pool of reserve follicles is exhausted, the ovary loses the high morphofunctional state (there is a formation of germinative and endocrine insufficiency of a body), small animals eliminated quickly.
