Data of histological, histochemical investigations and micromorphometry of the cortical and juxtamedullary nephrons’ differential response under stress are analyzed in the article. It is discussed a possible mechanism of Malpighian bodies and other parts of cortical and juxtamedullary nephrons’ selective damage.
