The present study was conducted on 68 mongrel dogs - males, which is dosed out single and systematic motor load. It is shown that 1) intact animals are a large range of fluctuations in the main structural-functional parameters of the elements of the nervous system, 2) the impact of a single motor loads up to «opt-out» with a standard speed equal to 15 km/h, leads to a state of overvoltage in the cells of the anterior horn of the spinal cord, red nucleus and pyramidal cells in layer V of motor cortex, 3) the running speed of the animal is one of the most important factors determining the structural and functional re-construction elements of the Central nervous system when executing motor loads up to «opt ou».
