This article represents tissue-vascular transformations in mucous membrane of nasal cavity in patients with allergic rhinosinusitis, induced by influence of air pollutants. The condition of regional circulation was studied with different methods including rheography, hystology, hystochemical and morphometrical methods. Changes leading to tissue oedema and other typical forms of regional circulation disorders were revealed during comparison of clinical findings and results of morphological studies.
