Morphofunctional features and health state of young men at the south of Tyumen oblast who are playing and not playing sports

Data about the morphofunctional features and health state of the young men who are playing and not playing sports are provided in article. Research of a health state on the basis of definition the index of functional changes, level of physical development and number of functional indicators of respiratory system depending on the level of physical activity is conducted. Most of the examined young men playing sports were characterized by satisfactory adaptation. At their contemporaries who aren't playing sports tension of mechanisms of adaptation was observed. Among the young men playing sports persons with high and above an average level of physical development, and among the young men who aren't playing sports - the person with an average, below an average and the low level of physical development prevailed. The young men playing sports were characterized by higher rates of body length, thorax excursion in comparison with their contemporaries who aren't playing sports. At young men with the high level of physical activity higher level of vital capacity of lungs, vital and power indexes was noted.
