Conducted comparative morphological study of wound healing process in laparotomic wound with the creation of a variety of conditions for regeneration, namely "edge to edge" wound edges sealing, by imposing dublication and using allogenic material, revealed that the wound process proceeds according to the general laws of inflammation with a succession of phases of alteration, exudation and proliferation. However, interference in the flow causes changes in time and morphological picture. In the experimental group of rats with the creation of the abdominal wall tension exudative phase of inflammation prevails, and in the experimental group with the application of the material "LitAr" - proliferative phase of inflammation. In all three groups to the 21 day of experiment the connective tissue scar is formed, but in the control group with "edge to edge" wound edges sealing there is the least amount of specialized muscle tissue. It is replaced by fibrous connective and fatty tissue, while fat tissue does not assume the support function that may pathog-nomonically indicate the lack of scar. With the creation of the abdominal wall tension muscular tension persists, there is a small amount of fat tissue, and dead muscle fibers are replaced by fibrous connective tissue, which in our view can be seen as a positive outcome of the dynamics of wound healing. When using the "LitAr" in laparotomy wound area wound healing process runs with a predominance of proliferative phase of inflammation, namely the development of granulomatous inflammation and the appearance of giant cell granulomas around the "LitAr". During 21 days of reparative course inflammation process does not end, that does not allow to judge its outcome.
