The aim of the study was to investigate morphological evidence of primary and secondary systemic vasculites. We studied 68 bioptates of cutaneousmuscular specimens. In 16 cases, immunohistochemical study was performed to assess CD-phenotypes of lymphocytes in primary and secondary vasculites. We did not find special morphological differences in primary and secondary vasculites. Immunohistochemical study revealed prevalence of CD 3(+) lymphocytes in primary and of CD 56 (+) lymphocytes in secondary vasculites.
