Structural features of reparative regeneration of bone tissue and features of the dynamics of biodegradation of osteoplastic materials during the replacement of intraosseous defects of the upper jaw of laboratory animals of various experimental groups were revealed using morphometric studies on micro-preparations stained with hematoxylin and eosin and trichrome by Masson. The specific area of bone beams, connective, cartilaginous tissue, capillaries, osteoclasts, collagen fibers and osteoplastic material was studied (in relation to the total area of tissue in the field of view, %).
