Morphological alterations in the endometrium due to hyperestrogenia and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia

Advantages of a new conception of the assessment of endometrial alterations caused by hyperestrogemia are analyzed in comparison with the standard WHO classification. The detailed morphological characteristic of benign endometrial hyperplasia and precancerous lesion (endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia) has been given.
