This review article explores the changes in the architecture of the hepatic vascular network occurring under conditions of hypokinesia and hypothyroidism. Hypokinesia, as a result of limited physical activity, combined with thyroid hormone deficiency in hypothyroidism, may have a significant impact on the morphology of the liver. Particular attention is given to changes in the vascular system of the organ, which may lead to disruptions in its metabolic activity and physiological functions. It is expected that these changes could contribute to the development of various hepatic pathologies. The article discusses the mechanisms behind these changes and their potential consequences for overall health and liver function.
