The article of the treatment of congenital dislocation of a femur by reposition is the removing of femoral by step by step for correction of femur position at acetabulum with application of removing trunks and plaster bandages. However free reposition may be difficult owing to tension of m. adductor longus. Children with a congenital dislocation of femur underwent reposition can be in position of removal of hips with muscular tension for a long time, causes morphological shifts in a muscular tissue and may be the reason of unsatisfactory treatment results. The purpose of work: the morphological analysis of a muscular tissue at contractures of a various degree. There was analyzed 2 groups of patients with an easy and heavy degree of contracture. The morphological analysis of muscles at contracture has shown, that changes are marked not only in muscular fibers, but in endomysium, perimisium, epymisium, and their expressiveness depends on a degree of contracture. Muscular fibers become polymorphic on the thickness. Depending on a degree of contracture the proportional increasing of fibers with denuclearized zones was observed, the amount of stratification of fibers with a denuclearized zone of the next fiber was increased. The amount of vessels in sight a cross cut of a muscle has shown decreasing of their number depending on a degree of femoral contracture.
