Morphological specific of scales of the spring and river ecotypes of Europaischen grayung

Features of a superficial sculpture of scales of polytypic populations of the grayling of a Kama river basin are described. The data on frame and frequency of occurence "small fishes rings" and "spawning marks" are given. The specificity of formation of annual scale rings is described. The most typical difficuhies arising at age determination of graylings are analysed.
