The morphological particularity of drill damages of the breast bone

The expert operation of damages made by acute items occupies an important place in judicial medical traumatology. Among them the drill damages of body tissues are rather not numerous. The information about such damages in special literature is very limited. However the knowledge about their morphology is very important for differential diagnostics of damages made by sharp items of different constructions. The authors have performed experimental observations of drill damages of breast bone. The obtained data showed the differences in morphologies of the damages, formed by drills of various design and sharpness.
