As a result of computer monitoring the size of wound, absolute and relative values of necrosis, granulation tissue and epithelialization were determined and documented. In main group significant decreases of size of necrotic tissue against control group was detected on 10 and 15 day of vacuum-therapy and increasing of granulation tissue growth of 5 day. Microcirculatory index in patients before vacuum-therapy was 8,5 ± 1,4 units. After vacuum-therapy 19,5 ± 2,5 units. While statistically significant changes of two frequency bands in which blood circulation is performed were found. Neurogenic band values were 1,5 ± 0,6 units before vacuum-therapy and 3,0 ± 1,2 units after. Myogenic band values were 1,3 ± 0,2 и 2,8 ± 0,4 relatively.
Wound vacuum-therapy, local negative pressure, local treatment, laser doppler flowmetry, computer analysis of wound image
