Morphological state of small intestine of piglets under the introduction of "Vestin" immunocorrector in "mother- fetus" system

The research objective was studying morpho-logical aspects of influence of the preparation of nucleinic nature of "Vestin" on the development of structures of small intestine in piglets in ‘Mother-fetus’ system. As object of the research the sows of large white breed and their posterity - piglets to 80-days of age served. A pregnant animal of experi-mental group was injected the drug of nucleinic nature of "Vestin" in late terms in the dose of 1 mg/kg of weight, to animals of control group - phys-iological solution. As material for histologic, histo-chemical and morphometric researches the sites of small intestine, lymphoid tissue of piglets of exper-imental and control groups served. The taken mate-rial was fixed in 10 % solution of neutral formalin, Carnoy liquid, dehydrated and filled in paraffin by the standard technique. The cuts were prepared on sled microtome, painted with hematoxylin and eozin for the preparation of survey cuts, for the identifica-tion of connecting tissue - with picrofuxin according to Van-Gizon. Cellular structure of mucous mem-brane of intestines of piglets of experimental and control groups was submitted within this term of supervision by prismatic enterocytes, scyphoid cells, argentocytes. It should be noted that to the 40th day the increase in the quantity of interepithe-lial lymphocytes both in the thickness of epithelial villi of fibers, and in the gleam of small intestine was found in piglets of experimental group concern-ing control. Throughout the whole term of supervi-sion the best crypts formation of small intestine in piglets of experimental group was noted concerning control. It was coordinated with morphometric indi-cators of fibers height and depths of crypts of mu-cous membrane of studied material. Thus, it was shown that introduction of the preparation had posi-tive impact on the process of formation of mucous membrane of small intestine in posterity, promoted the best development of the structures of intestines responsible for the absorption that can indirectly serve as the factor of the assessment of level of adaptive reactions in the organism under the influ-ence of the preparation "Vestin".
