The aim of the work is to study morphological structure of tailoring muscle in chickens both in ontogenesis and in normal conditions. With the help of usual and fine preparation according to V. P. Vorobyev, internal architectonics of the muscles was studied. Sections were stained with hematoxylineosin, according to the method of Van Gieson, Mallory and Mikel Calvo. It allowed determining the localization and nature of loose connective tissue, collagen fibers, basic and acidic proteins. Statistical analysis of digital material was performed using a MIKMED-5 light microscope and a MOV-1-15x micrometer screw eyepiece (State Standard 7865-56). Data analysis showed that increasing the length of the tailor muscle was a constant and smooth process. On average, an increase in muscle occurred by 2 cm, starting from the age of 30 days to 120 day of age. The most pronounced increase in the width of the tailor's muscle occurs from the daily age to 120 days of age. Changes in the muscles in the volume occurred constantly, so, from the one day to 360 days of age, the volume of the muscle increases by7...
