Morphometric indicators of Scilla in the Mari El Republic

The studying results of 5 Scilla taxa parameters in 2022 in the Botanical Garden-Institute of VSUT (the Mari El Republic) are presented. Scilla mischtschenkoana plants had the highest values of flower diameter, peduncles height and amount of them in one plant. Probably, this species well adapted to the introduction point conditions. The shortest, with the least number of peduncles and small flowers were S. bifolia and the variety 'Rosea', but their inflorescences contained the largest amount of flowers. The results can be applied in the practice of Scilla growing at landscaping facilities.
