Fraud in public procurement

The article deals with the problem of fraud in public procurement. It was found that fraudulent activities in this area are committed primarily by interested parties. The fight against fraud in procurement is necessary to create a positive competitive field among procurement participants, which will, on the one hand, stimulate entrepreneurship, and on the other hand, increase the efficiency of the non-profit sector organizations. Through an effective procurement system, state and municipal institutions have the opportunity to provide activities with the necessary goods and services of appropriate quality, in turn, for the business sector, participation in public procurement can increase the turnover of activities.
