Motivation and social action

The article discusses the selection of a sequence of motives satisfaction by a person. The needs, interests, values have no common measurable feature that would allow the person to compare them and to select the most important ones. The social action can overcome the incomparability of motives by shaping an idea about the consequences of satisfaction of each motive.
