Motivation and stimulation of staff

This article is devoted to the study of the meaning of motivation and stimulation of personnel, the main categories, and features of their improvement. The issues of the importance of conducting a motivational policy and stimulating personnel in the functioning of organizations are touched upon. The relationship between the type of motivation and the effectiveness of the organization's employees is traced. Motivation as a function of an organization manager through the main elements of the motivational process is revealed.
