Motivation and stimulation of labor staff in the system of public service

The article examines the motivation and stimulation of staff work in the public service system, evaluates motivating and demotivating factors, determines their impact on the efficiency of public servants, also considers the stages of reducing the motivation of public servants, determines the impact of each stage on the effectiveness of work, based on the theoretical and practical the provisions analyze the current system of motivation for public servants.
