Motivation of the operator and human-machine systems productivity

The new point of view to studying of human-machine systems is presented. The interaction of the operator-person with a technical subsystem on the on the basis of shown psycho-physiological and psycho-technological properties as a part of human-machine system is considered. The special development and transformation of the operator motivation in the course of profession development during training and labor activity are considered. Conclusions on increase of the human-machine system and the machine and tractor assembly productivities as a whole on the basis of the differentiated approach to management of the various operators groups motivational properties are drawn.
