The paper presents the theoretical aspects in the field of employee motivation. The author conducted an analysis of use of a manpower in CJSC «Konevskoye» for 2012-2014, the main problems on the studied phenomenon are designated, and also actions for increase of labor productivity due to motivation of personnel are offered.
