Personnel motivation: realities and perspectives

This study examines the system of motivation and incentives for workers in an industrial enterprise. Assessment of motivation and incentives allows you to identify problem areas in the personnel policy of the organization and plan the most important areas of its development. New methods of motivating employees of enterprises are proposed, the use of which can significantly increase the level of satisfaction and efficiency of the staff.
