Motivation of employees of the enterprise: actuality, approaches, problems

This article deals with the relevance of the motivation of employees from an economic point of view. Summarizes the theoretical data on the system of motivation and approaches to the interpretation of this term. An assessment of the motivation system in Russian enterprises is given, and problems existing in practice are indicated. Indicates the need to upgrade the existing employee incentive system.
