Motivation of personnel as a factor of increasing the economic security of the enterprise on the example of LLC "Company metal profile" (Lobnya)

The article discusses the importance of staff motivation in increasing the level of economic security of the enterprise. The analysis of research in this area is carried out. We also conducted our own research on the example of a specific organization to assess the effectiveness of the existing motivation system. In conclusion, possible solutions for improving the institute of motivation for Russian enterprises are put forward.
