Motivation is one of the important functions of human control. The action of a person, including his able-bodied qualities, is carried out on the basis of his personal reasons, needs, and interests that motivate him to do so. All of the above are motives and contribute to the quality of its performance. The basis of motivation is a person’s own benefit, the achievement of his goal, the satisfaction of personal needs. The word «motivation» itself reflects its essence and importance. It is the subject of achieving the goals of a person, his stimulus and impetus, activates and encourages a person to act. Motivation is closely related to such concepts as the need for a stimulus and a motive. The overall component of human behavior is expressed in his needs, so-called incentives. Need is the need of a person for something, which is the impetus for the actions of a person so-called a kind of motivator. This proves that today the motivation for a person is very important; because it is motivation that makes him move forward, go towards his goal. This article discusses the methods of motivation applied in relation to stimulating employees in the management system.
