Motivational factors of organizational loyalty of managers

The article presents the results of a study of the relations between a commercial enterprise's managers' organizational loyalty and the features of their motivational sphere. The article shows that the higher levels of affective and normative loyalty are associated with the features of the motivational sphere, characterizing an employee as a person with an active social position. Work satisfaction is positively connected with all the aspects of the loyalty to the organization, while the needs related to the positive attitude of others and the wage are negatively connected with them.
