Motivational factors of military discipline of a modern military serviceman

The present article is concerned with the psychological issue of discipline state as individually-psychological quality of a military serviceman. There are discussed approaches to the analysis of this topic in Military Psychology, General Psychology and Social Psychology. In the article the structure and content of the conception of discipline state are described. The article author pays attention to motivational component of the military discipline. Survey findings of solders of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation about their attitude to army service are presented in the article.
