Suicidal motives and antisuicidal factors patients with multiple sclerosis

Examined 154 patients with multiple sclerosis with suicidal behavior. It is shown that suicidal behavior in these patients formed the background for depressive disorders neurotic level. The major significant subjective motives underlying the formation of suicidal activity, are experiencing depression and somatic distress circle. Among the antisuicidal factors dominant role have psychological education: hope to recover and the fear of death. In some cases, regression occurs as a result of suicidal willingness increasing severity of cognitive deficiency, and euphoria.
