Multiparametric ultrasound diagnostics of thyroid nodules

It is proved that the introduction into practice of the original ultrasound image evaluation system is a positive element of the diagnostic "roadmap" for nodular pathology of the thyroid gland, the essence of which is to systematize and concretize the results of the examination, which allows to unify approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Based on a large amount of factual material using mathematical modeling methods, various degrees of effectiveness and diagnostic value of international expert systems for evaluating ultrasound images of the thyroid are proved, due to the subjectivity of the choice of ultrasound criteria by the creators of the systems and their ranking without taking into account the objective parameters of their diagnostic value. From the standpoint of modern evidence-based medicine, it has been objectively established that the use of the TLA_RU system has a positive effect on the work of ultrasound diagnostics specialists, which reduces the likelihood of errors in diagnosis and choice of tactics.
