Museum-reserves as the basis for the creation of historical theme parks in terms of the process of visualizing history

The article considers the possibility of creating thematic historical parks - cultural and entertainment educational complexes on the basis of existing Museum-reserves as objects that are one of the forms of visualization of history. The main trends of their current state are noted. An example of the «Arkhangelsk state Museum of wooden architecture and folk art «Small Korely» as a basis for the creation of thematic historical parks.
