Computer music technologies in the context of Digital Humanities

The article discusses some aspects of the musician''s activities in the field of computer music. The author considers some directions of computer music development, interpolating various areas of functioning of Digital Humanities - the mode of the humanities in the digital age. The current issues related to the process of computer music development as a new field of music science are named. The author presents the objectives of musicians'' training, development of teaching methods applying the computer music technologies and forming an adequate level of information competence of the musicians.
