The way to elections in the 3rd State Duma. On the history of Bulygin electoral law

The article is devoted to the formation of the electoral timetable, which is an important aspect of the electoral law of the Russian Empire. The author shows sources and principles underlying the allocation of electors among electoral curiae and mechanisms of the schedule. He also studies the basic stages of its transformation in 1905.
