Vladimir Nabokov and Gayto Gazdanov. (on V. Nabokov's novel «The real life of Sebastian knight»)

The present study is devoted to the intertextual connections between the novels by two most famous representatives of the younger generation émigré literature: Gayto Gazdanov and Vladimir Nabokov in the 1930-1940s. In the article the following issue is regarded: what are the reflections of Gazdanov's works in the text of the first Nabokov's novel written in English in December, 1938 - January, 1939 in Paris and published in December, 1941 in the USA.
