The beginning of the Great Patriotic War: disaster or blander

Purpose: To Study the nature of the events of the great Patriotic war with the goal of establishing the reasons for such a rapid and unexpected defeat created by the summer of 1941 the Soviet military system. Methodology: Author use historical and legal methed, and the method of theoretical modeling. Results: As a result of the retrospective analysis of events of the great Patriotic war highlighted the signs of disaster. This allowed the author with a fundamentally new positions to interpret some historical facts that characterize this period. Dedicated ground for the rehabilitation of perpetrators of criminal acts under the influence of objective conditions of uncertainty, as a special form innocent of harm. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value and important practical value as it contains author’s generalizations and conclusions, allowing on the basis of the provisions of catastrophe theory to systematically investigate the causes that led to catastrophic consequences in the period of June-July 1941 on the Soviet-German theater of hostilities, which allows to determine the peculiarities of the system of social relations, and also to outline concrete steps to develop recommendations for organizing activities in conditions of uncertainty of disasters.
