National security and its providing in construction industry of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes threats to national security and safety in the construction industry, the conditions of their elimination. The author shows that the safety of capital construction objects may be achieved through mandatory measures to prevent security threats; and systematically justifies the obligation of self-regulation as the main mechanism of state regulation in the construction industry.
