National and cultural policy in the Saratov region: challenges and threats

The article shows the role of territorial identity as a key factor in the formation of interethnic harmony in the territory of the Saratov Region. Based on the conducted research, the authors identify key problems of the formation of a single civil nation and make the conclusion about the need for a [re]configuration of territorial identity as a key mobilization (political, cultural) factor. The paper analyzes the level of interethnic relations in the region and its dynamics.
