National legislation in the field of financial support of medical institutions in the Russian Federation

Abstract the Article is devoted to the legal regulation of financing of medical institutions at the present stage. Serious social consequences associated with the results of medical activities require special attention to the legal regulation of this sphere. The article deals with the stages of a multilevel system of national legislation on health care of the Russian Federation.
