National development goals and macroeconomic shifts

The purpose of the study was to study the starting conditions for the implementation of modern socio-economic policy in Russia, digitized economic development goals until 2030 and until 2036, forecasting the pace of advancement of the country’s economy by the most important indicators, as well as developing recommendations for improving the methods for calculating some macroeconomic indicators. Studied regulatory legal acts of a strategic nature regarding the long-term development prospects of the country. The methodological and methodological problem of assessing the degree of achievement of national development goals using economic indicators has been updated. Methodological approaches of a number of Russian researchers to assessment of development goals were briefly analyzed. A comparison was made of the number and content of national development goals under two decrees of the President of the Russian Federation for 2020 and 2024 in the context of exacerbation of external and internal political and economic influencing factors. There was a difference in approaches to assessing the dynamics and structure of economic phenomena and processes that are currently taking place and which are projected to be achieved in 2030 and in 2036. An assessment of the starting conditions for the development of the economy was carried out on the basis of economic and statistical methods for analyzing the tables for the use of goods and services, the annual growth rates of the most important macroeconomic indicators until 2036 were calculated, which amounted to the scientific novelty of the study. It was concluded that it is necessary to quickly calculate the tables for the use of goods and services.
