The national problems in the period of the perturbations

The author believes that our world now exists in a new era of perturbations. Among its many consequences one should define the wide spreading of national identity all over the world that generates new national problems. And this problem is also urgent in Russia, despite its specificity. Political crisis in Ukraine played here the serious role and affected on the national identity of the majority of the population in Russia. The author also mentioned that the unprecedented level of the information and economic war against Russia also was the important factor of the rise of the national identity in Russia. In the article the author analyzes some of the political ramifications of this process.
