National projects in the instruments for the implementation of the territorial socio-economic policy of the Russian Federation

The article examines national projects as a new instrument for implementing the social and economic policy of the Russian Federation, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipalities, identifies the conditions for their implementation caused by the problems of attracting private capital to national projects, as well as caused by the pandemic situation, changing the internal characteristics of national projects, approaches to assessing efficiency, affecting the effective implementation of national projects.
