National project as a tool for regional development: project Cultural environment, implemented in the Kaluga region

Modernization of any spheres of society is an essential part of the formation of a progressive future due to the constant development of various technologies that can significantly improve certain aspects of human life. Each region in the modern world sets as its primary goal the improvement of the well-being of its citizens and the development and modernization of all spheres of activity, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the general standard of living of people and the state of the region. In modern society of the 21st century, digitalization is an integral aspect of modernization, which, however, is not carried out everywhere. Also, one cannot fail to mention the cultural component of the modern world, which to the same extent requires attention to its development. Each region, each city has unique sights, which are some kind of identification marks of this territory, which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. In order to attract the attention of tourists to these cultural objects, they must be restored. In addition, it is necessary to create your own cultural heritage in order to leave to descendants the memory of the deeds and achievements of living generations. To carry out the restoration of existing cultural heritage sites, as well as to create new ones, significant investments are required, which may not always be present in the regional budget. The state is currently dealing with this problem. One of the solutions in this situation is the national projects developed by him. An example of such a project is the Cultural Environment. This national project aims to increase tourist traffic to various cities that act as centers of cultural and spiritual heritage with an impressive list of attractions. In the event that the goal of this project is achieved, those regions that were involved in it will increase not only their cultural performance, but also social, spiritual, economic and others due to the flow of newly arriving tourists.
