Milk yield per cow in agricultural organizations Russian Federation

This article presents an analytical review of milk yield per cow in agricultural organizations of the Russian Federation in 1990, 1995, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2022 years by regions and Federal districts. Milk contains all the nutrients necessary for humans: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, hormones, immune bodies. The daily physiological norms for the consumption of milk and dairy products for an adult are: whole milk - 500 g; butter - 15 g; cheese - 18 g; cottage cheese - 20 g; sour cream - 18 g. Over the past more than thirty years, milk productivity per cow has decreased in four regions: Trans-Baikal Territory, Republic of Tyva, Astrakhan Region and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug by 883 kg; 576 kg; 296 kg and 219 kg, respectively. We observe the maximum increase per year in the Penza region, Kaluga and Kursk regions by 201 kg; 201 kg and 207 kg, respectively.
