Budget pressure and level of efficiency of its using

Due to the multi-level approach to the distribution of the country’s budget, its limits, a large number of types of expenditures, the difficulties in implementation control, a large number of internal and external factors that affect choosing economic tasks of the state, there is a need for an up-to-date view on the effectiveness of budgetary spendings, as close as possible to the concept of “online,” the need to be ready to make changes in accordance with the surrounding conditions. An assessment of any budget investments in terms of “return on the invested ruble” may be considered fair. It is important to understand what result the state receives from certain expenses. In this format, it is possible to predict and manage the budget most efficiently and develop the country’s economy at a stable pace. The article aims to assess already applied efficiency criteria in relation to budget policy, as well as to search for new criteria of such efficiency.
