Find Lepraria diffusa (J.R. Laundon) Kukwa in the Caucasus

As a result of lichenological studies in the Central Caucasus (within the Kabardino-Balkar Republic) the new species Lepraria diffusa (J.R. Laundon) Kukwa was identified for KBR and the whole Caucasus in 2009. The cited herbarium samples are stored in Tembotov Institute of ecology of mountain territories KBSC RAS. The doublets were given to the herbarium of Komarov Botanical Institute of RAS (LE) and Gdansk University, Poland (UGDA).
