As a result of research carried out in the Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2023 on the 5 km railway segments of five railway lines (Gorokhovets, Arzamas, Pavlovo, Zavolzhye, Semenov), 8 new and 14 rare species of vascular plants of the regional flora were registered.
