The article considers one of the first codified laws of Alexey Mikhailovich - the second tsar of the new Russian Romanov dynasty on ensuring public, economic and fire safety in Moscow and other cities: combating crimes, illegal trade in alcohol, drunkenness, tobacco smoking, prostitution and fire.
