Tax culture in Russia

The article deals with the tax culture. It describes the reasons, which encouraged the formation of high level of tax culture in the Western countries. The author distinguishes a number of the most significant factors affecting the sustainability of the national mentality. The author compares the different attitudes to the payment of taxes in Russia and other countries.
